Description

The RH850/F1L is a product line in Renesas' RH850/F1x series of single-chip microcontrollers designed for automotive body applications. The embedded flash memory will range from 256KB to 2MB and packages will be covered from a small package 48-pin to 176-pin.

  • Voltage: 3V to 5.5V
  • Package: 48 to 176-pin LFQFP
  • Memory: SRAM Max. 192KB, Program Flash Max. 2MB
  • Timer: 32-bit Timer (ch) x 8, 16-bit Timer (ch) x 48, Watchdog Timer (ch) x 2, Timer for OS x 1ch
  • PWM: PWM Output x 72, 3-phase PWM Output Function
  • Analog function: 10-bit A/D Converter (ch) x 4, 12-bit A/D Converter (ch) x 91
  • On-chip Oscillator Freq. (MHz): 8MHz, Low Speed: 240kHz
  • Others: PLL, RTC, Power-On Reset, Low Voltage Detection
