Overview
Description
The Renesas RA4E1 group of 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) uses the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M33 core with TrustZone®. The RA4E1 is built on a highly efficient 40nm process and is supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept—the Flexible Software Package (FSP) —and is the perfect entry point into the RA Family of microcontrollers. The RA4E1 is suitable for entry IoT applications requiring value-optimized features and connectivity integration, total system cost reduction, and an optimized mixture of high performance with 100MHz Cortex-M33 core in combination with the lowest active power consumption down to 81µA/MHz running the CoreMark® algorithm from Flash.
Features
- 100MHz Arm Cortex-M33 with TrustZone

RA4E1 USB Peripheral Vender Stack not Working
Hello, I'm having difficulty getting a basic USB peripheral implementation working on a RA4E1 (R7FA4E10D2CFM). I've tried porting the PVND and PHID examples for other boards. I have followed the template for creating descriptors. When I connect the RA4E1 to a windows PC, device manager reports "Unknown USB ...

Need help with RA4E1 Microcontroller with Topway Graphics Lcd LM240128C
Hi Renesas, This LCD works fine with a microchip pic32mx series microcontroller but with a RA4E1 Series microcontroller Lcd pins are not driven correctly, which is why every time the LCD refreshes then some pixels move or glitched out. I am using an n-channel open drain pins configuration with ...

RA4E1 Sub clock Freezing on startup
... of the loop only after touching the crystal by hand when capacitance was 27Pf and 30Pf. 2) As per the Fast Prototyping board design of RA4E1 they have used 27Pf of load caps with ABS06-32.768KHz crystal so I used the same loading caps but still it gets stuck ...

RA4E1, RA6E1: Entry-Line security functions
Arm TrustZone allows Entry-Line products such as the RA4E1 and RA6E1 to be used in isolation from a system. It is also possible to construct a secure configuration using TRNG to generate random numbers and unique IDs. However, hardware acceleration of encryption algorithms such as AES and RSA is ...
