Description
The 64-bit RZ/A3M microprocessors (MPUs) integrate the high-performance 1GHz Arm® - Cortex®-A55 core with built-in 128MB DDR3L memory and graphics peripheral functions optimized for the diverse graphics and human machine interface (HMI) requirements in both consumer and industrial segments. They include features such as high-resolution graphics LCD controller with parallel RGB and 4-lane MIPI-DSI interfaces to display panels, 2D graphics drawing engine, SPI NAND Flash, and SPI NOR Flash support for large-size programs. All these features are packed in a 244-pin LFBGA package that is ideal for 2-layer board design, serving the needs of higher functionality and a broad range of HMI/graphics applications including real-time plot, smooth sprite animation, USB camera capture, and more. The support for RTOS allows systems to instantly start up in less than a second after boot-up. This feature is ideal for systems requiring a fast response time.
