Buffer register value on H8S/2345 16bit Timer to general register ?
The value of the buffer register is transferred to the general register on a condition such as compare-match. Setting a value to the buffer register when the timer is stopped does not transfer the buffer to the general register at that time, it will occurat the next compare-match.

On the H8S/2345 will /CS0 pin be Low during internal ROM access ?
The /CS0 pin is not LOW during the ROM access. It is Low only when area 0 is accessed as external space.
