Description
The BCR3AM-12B 600V, 3A Triac for low power use offers a 1.5V gate trigger voltage, 15mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C, and can be used for AC switch, fan motor, electric rice cooker, electric pot, washing machine, and other resistive load applications.
