Description

DA9281 is an 8-channel PMIC equipped with 4 buck regulators, 3 LDOs, and 1 voltage buffer to support DDR VTT termination. It provides key functions for power applications, including soft-start, selectable preset output voltage, and flexible power-up and power-down sequences. These functions are programmable via the I2C interface with non-volatile memory defaults. Additionally, all 8 channels have an output discharge function and various protection features such as over-current protection (OCP), over-voltage protection (OVP), and under-voltage protection (UVP).
