Description
The AT25SF2561C is a 256Mbit Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) flash memory device designed for use in a wide variety of high-volume industrial, consumer, and connected applications. It can be used for storing program memory that is booted from flash memory into embedded or external RAM and/or it can be used for directly executing the code from the flash memory (execute in place (XiP). To enable fast execution, the AT25SF2561C supports up to Quad SPI and QPI interfaces operating up to 133MHz in addition to a double transfer rate of data up to 84MHz.
