Overview

Description

The µPC832, 4062 low current consumption J-FET input operational amplifier achieves a low power consumption of ICC 400μA Typ. and low voltage operation from ±2V. Since it has a J-FET input, the input impedance is high, and the AC characteristics are significantly improved compared to conventional low-power consumption operational amplifiers. Therefore, it is ideal for application circuits such as amplifier circuits and active filters in various battery-operated electronic devices.

Features

  • Input offset voltage ±2mV (Typ.)
  • Input bias current 10pA (Typ.)
  • Slew rate 3V/μs (Typ.)
  • Zero cross frequency 1MHz (Typ.)
  • Circuit current 400μA (Typ.)
  • Operates from ± 2V
  • Built-in phase correction circuit
  • Built-in output short circuit protection circuit
  • Standard dual op amp terminal connection
  • 8-pin plastic SOP package
