    The TINi pin can be used as an external interrupt pin. The TINi pin is shared with a multijunction timer input pin.

  2. How to process the JTRST# pin as described in the hardware manual?

    Please refer to the processing method described in the user's manual of your microcomputer. Note that a low on JTRST# input resets the entire circuit of the SDI. Therefore, when you are not using it, supply a low-level signal to the JTRST# pin.

    Yes, the counter can be restarted by count enable. The counter restarts from the value that has been set in the reload register upon count enable restart while the input signal at the external TIN pin remains asserted.
