Overview
Description
The Fast Prototyping Board for RX140 MCU Group comes equipped with an RX140 MCU (R5F51406BGFN). The board is inexpensive for RX140 evaluation and prototype development of various applications. It has an emulator circuit so you can write/debug programs just by connecting it to a PC with a USB cable. In addition, it has high expandability with Arduino Uno and two Pmod™ connectors as standard, and through-hole access to all pins of the microcontroller.
The QuickConnect Platform, provided by Renesas, makes it easy to connect the FPB-RX140 to various wireless modules and sensor modules, and support prototyping and development rapidly.

- Equipped with RX140 (RXv2 core, 48MHz, 256KB ROM, 64KB RAM, LFQFP 80-pin)
- Supports multi-power supply: USB VBUS (5V) or external power supply (1.8 to 5.5V)
- Equipped with emulator circuit
- Micro-USB Type-B connector
- Through-holes with access to all of the pins of the microcontroller
- Arduino Uno and two Pmod™
- 1 user switch, 1 reset switch
- 2 user LEDs, 1 power LED, 1 debug LED
- Support for various RX140 software and tools
