Overview

AE-CLOUD1 enables rapid evaluation, prototyping, and development of cloud-connected applications. It features the S5D9 microcontroller (MCU) Group, the superset of the S5 MCU series.

  • Features a Synergy S5D9 Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with Secure Crypto Engine, MPU, FPU, and JTAG interface, running up to 120 MHz
  • Includes 640 KB RAM, 2 MB Code Flash, 64 KB Data Flash, and 32 MB external QSPI Flash
  • Offers Ethernet (10/100 Mbps), USB 2.0 FS, UART, I²C, SPI, and optional RS232 connectivity
  • Integrates sensors for acceleration (BMC150), environment (ENS210), pressure (MS563702), and sound (SPU0414HR5H)
  • Provides GPIO via PMOD and Seeed connectors, with optional parallel I/O and user-defined LEDs.
  • Operates at 5V
