How to Order Samples
- Create or log in to your MyRenesas account with a company email address. You need to be logged in to place a request.
- An official company email address is required to process the sample order.
- Personal or free email domains such as @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, and @yahoo.com will not be accepted.
- To request a sample, go to the product page and locate the product options table. Use the "Request" link next to an available part to add it to your cart.
- To complete your request, view your samples cart to complete the samples request form.
- All mandatory fields must be completed in the samples request form. Required fields cannot be left blank or completed with placeholder characters (spaces, *, /, or other symbols).
- Please ensure the information you provide is valid and accurate, such as shipping address, contact details, and company name. Requests with incomplete or invalid information may be delayed or rejected.
- You will receive an order number and a confirmation email.
- Sample shipment processing and delivery timeline may depend on inventory availability.
Sample Ordering & Shipping Policies
- Quantity limits vary by product. You will be notified if you reach the maximum quantity.
- There is no fixed limit on how often you can order, but frequent requests may be reviewed.
- Shipping is available for select countries. The customer support team will notify you during the request process if shipping to your country is restricted.
- Some countries may require extra information to complete the sample request form.
- Certain product categories may not offer samples or may require you to contact a sales representative directly.
- This may apply to ex-Dialog/GreenPAK products.

Q : Can I edit or cancel my request after submission?
A: Once submitted, requests cannot be amended. For any corrections, the existing request must be canceled. Please contact the REA Sample Helpdesk to request a cancellation and resubmit a new order with the correct information.
