RH850/F1KH-D8は自動車電装のボディアプリケーション用に設計されたシングルチップマイコンでRH850/F1xシリーズの1グループです。低消費電力化を実現しつつ、内蔵フラッシュメモリは6 MBと8 MB、パッケージは176 ピンから324 ピンまでの広範な領域をカバーします。また新たに、CAN FDおよびEthernetインターフェースと、全製品にハードウェアセキュリティモジュールを備え、CPU動作周波数を240MHzに向上かつデュアルCPUを備えています。
