Overview
Description
The SLG7SV47663 was developed to monitor a 400mV system voltage for microprocessor supervisory circuits. Its main function is to assert an open-drain reset signal, which occurs in two cases: when the sense voltage drops below the threshold or when a logic low is asserted on the manual reset (MR) pin. When the sense voltage and manual reset return from their respective reset conditions, the reset output remains low for 20ms. The SLG7SV47663 device provides a low typical quiescent current of 2μA, making it well-suited for battery-powered applications.
