Overview

R12-CPU is a video processing SDK designed to run on x86 platforms for encoding or transcoding H.264 or MPEG-2. R12-CPU is designed for premium video quality distribution encoding and transcoding applications. R12-CPU can be used in a virtual machine environment or run bare metal on server class COTS systems.
