Overview

Description

RX610 Group microcontrollers have 100 MHz high-speed operation and large-capacity on-chip memory. The products are equipped with basic functions such as timers and communications functions, as well as four independent units of A/D converter, enabling a fastest conversion time of 0.8 μs. In addition to a maximum 2 MB flash memory and 128 KB RAM, 32 KB of flash memory for data storage are built in. The RX610 enables a system to be configured without peripheral memory and other devices, greatly reducing the total cost of the system.

FAQs

  1. (RX610) Can on-chip RAM values be retained during deep software standby mode?

[RX610/RX621/RX62N Groups] On-chip RAM (RAM0) values can be retained. RAM0 values can be retained during deep software standby mode by setting the deep cut bit (DPSBYCR.DEEPCUT bit) in the deep standby control register to 000b. However, RAM1 values cannot be retained.
