    No. φ output pin cannot be set as I/O port output pin. (There is no alternative settings.)

  2. If I access embedded ROM, is the address signal output from address bus?

    No. If you access embedded ROM, embedded RAM or I/O register, the status of previous external access is kept.

    No. In case of synchronized external clock input, CKE bit of BRR or SCR doesn't need to be set for either transmit/receive operation.
