Overview
Description
The Wi-SUN Alliance provides Sub-GHz communication standards for automated meter reading (AMR) and smart home appliance applications, offering low power consumption and smart network connectivity.
This design integrates a 16-bit Sub-GHz MCU, a 32-bit MCU, and RF switches. A buck converter ensures a stable voltage supply for applications requiring RF transmission, multiple peer access, and networking communication. The Sub-GHz MCU functions as an RF transceiver, transmitting and receiving data from the antenna. The signal is amplified by an LNA or a PA. The entire process is fully compliant with the Wi-SUN® Alliance-based PAN/FAN profile (IEEE 802.15.4g/4e).
System Benefits:
- Full design support for the Wi-SUN standard ensures seamless integration and compliance.
- Hardware package design support facilitates efficient and reliable system development.
- High output power and receive performance deliver robust and efficient communication.
