The HS4102 is a highly accurate, ultra-low power, fully calibrated relative humidity and temperature sensor. The MEMS sensor features a proprietary sensor-level protection ensuring high reliability and long-term stability. The HS4102 is fully calibrated and temperature compensated with an Analog ratio-metric output.


  • Humidity range: 0% to 100%RH
  • RH accuracy: ±1.8%RH, typical 
  • 10% to 90% ratio-metric analog output
  • Fast RH response time: 4 seconds, typical
  • Temperature sensor accuracy: ±0.2°C, typical (-10°C to +80°C)
  • Low current consumption: 0.92µA average (3.3V supply)
  • Excellent stability against aging
