Description
The BCR1AM-12A 600V, 1A Triac for low power use offers a 2V gate trigger voltage, 7mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C, and can be used for washing machine, electric fan, air cleaner, solid state relay, and other general-purpose AC control applications.
