Overview
Description
The SLG59M1568V single N-channel load switch is designed for load switching applications. The device comes with one 9A-rated MOSFET switched on by an ON control pin. Turn-on time for the MOSFET is independently adjusted by an external capacitor.

- Optimized for smartphone, notebook/tablet PC applications
- 7.3mΩ RDSON while supporting 9A
- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 1.0V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
- Overcurrent and over-temperature protection
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
