Description
The SLG59M1545V is a 17mΩ 2.5A single‑channel load switch that can switch 0.85V to 5.5V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.0mm x 1.6mm package.

- 17mΩ RDSON while supporting 2.5A
- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 0.85V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
- Overcurrent and over-temperature protection
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
