Overview
Description
The RAA808013 is a SOT23-6 single channel DCDC Synchronous Buck regulator. To cover 2.7~5.5V input rail and 3A loading applications requiring high switching frequency to minimize inductor size, better transient response performance and light load efficiency improvement performance. The regulator is designed with COT IP to improve transient response performance and PFM to improve light load efficiency. Simplify the BOM number without compensation. The RAA808013 is available in 6pins 2.9*2.8 SOT23-6 package.
