RoHS compliance status of semiconductor products (RoHS certificate by part name)
EU RoHS and China RoHS compliance status information are available from the Ordering tab of each product page on this website.
1. How to search using the external website screen
First, go to the Renesas website. https://www.renesas.com/
Please enter the 'product name' in the search box at the top of this screen. You can search for information related to the product. Let's try searching for 'R9A07G066M04GBG'.
The relevant product, 'RZ/A3M - Powerful 1GHz MPUs with Built-in DDR3L SDRAM for High-Definition HMI' will appear in the top search results, so click on that product.
2. Display the RoHS certificate
In the product selection table, there is a "RoHS" attribute to the orderable product for which you would like to display the RohS certification. Click RoHS: EN (English) or RoHS: JA (Japanese) to view a PDF of the RoHS certificate.
Please note that certificates are not available for all of Renesas' products (usually, general-purpose and standard parts only).
If you require a RoHS compliance certificate for a part that is not posted on the website, please contact a Renesas sales office or representative.
