The SLG59M1460V is a 30mΩ 2.0A single-channel load switch that can switch 0.85V to 3.3V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra‑small 1.0mm x 1.6mm package.

- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.25V
- Input voltage range: 0.85V ≤ VD ≤ VDD – 1.5V
- Fast turn-on: <40μs
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range
- Output voltage discharge circuitry
