Overview

Description

The μPC814, 4094 is a high-speed J-FET input dual operational amplifier that is capable of stable operation with a 1x gain (full feedback) amplifier with a high slew rate. In addition, the input stage uses a resistor trimming method, which has a proven track record in our high-precision operational amplifiers and high-precision reference voltages. Although it is a J-FET input, it achieves low offset voltage characteristics that are superior to conventional general-purpose operational amplifiers.

Features

  • Input offset voltage ±1mV (Typ.)
  • Input bias current 50pA (Typ.)
  • Slew rate 25V/μs (Typ.)
  • Zero cross frequency 6MHz (Typ.)
  • Stable against capacitive loads - Load capacity 220pF, AV = +1
  • Built-in phase correction circuit
  • Built-in output short circuit protection circuit
  • Standard dual op amp terminal connection
  • 8-pin plastic SOP package
