Description
The N0438N is an N-channel MOSFET rated at 40V, 52A, 7.5mΩ Rdson(max). The device, available in a TO-252 package, offers low on-resistance, high-speed switching, and high robustness. These MOSFETs are suitable for switching (motor drive, etc.) and load switch applications.
