The BCR30AM-12LB 600V, 30A Triac for medium power use offers a 2.5V gate trigger voltage, 50mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C, and can be used for contactless AC switch, electric heater control, light dimmer, on/off and speed control of small induction motor, on/off control of copier lamp applications.
