Overview
Description
The F2923 is a low insertion loss 50Ω SP2T (SPDT) absorptive RF switch designed for a multitude of wireless and other RF applications. This device covers a broad frequency range from 300kHz to 8000MHz. In addition to providing low insertion loss, industry-leading isolation at 2GHz, and excellent linearity, the F2923 also includes a patent-pending constant impedance (K|z|) feature.

- Supports 1.8V and 3.3V control logic
- Extended temperature: -55 °C to +105 °C
- 4mm x 4mm, 20-pin TQFN package
- Industry-standard footprint and pin compatible with the F2912
