Overview
Description
The R9A02G015 is a MCU-based Type-C Port Manager (TCPM) which is an essential part of the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Power Delivery (PD) system. The R9A02G015 has implemented TCPM – USB PD Policy Engine function that is compliant with USB PD 3.1 Specification. In cooperation with Type-C Port Controller (TCPC) in USB PD system.
The R9A02G015, TCPM can cooperate with any TCPC that is in compliance with Type-C Port Controller Interface (TCPCI) specifications.

- Compliant with USB Power Delivery Specification Revision 3.1 and USB Type-C® Cable and Connector Specification Revision 2.1.
- USB-IF Silicon Certified: TID = 8183
- USB certified TCPM firmware, supports USB PD 3.1 SPR and EPR

- 12KB Flash / 7KB RAM / 2KB Data Flash
- USB 2.0 Host/Function with BC1.2 (R9A02G0150)
- Up to 2/3-ch I2C (R9A02G0150/R9A02G0151)
- Timer array unit support 2-ch CSI / 1-ch UART / 2-ch Simplified I2C
- ADC support –ch analog input
- 8-ch 16-bit timer, 1-ch 12-bit timer, 1-ch Watchdog timer
- Operating voltage 2.7V to 5.5V
- 32-Lt 4x4 QFN
