Description
The SLG59M1456V is a 7.8mΩ 5A single-channel load switch that can switch 1V to 5.5V power rails. The product is packaged in an ultra-small 1.5mm x 2.0mm package.

- 7.8mΩ RDSON while supporting 5.0A
- Power supply: 2.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
- Input voltage range: 1.0V ≤ VD ≤ VDD
- Output voltage slew-rate control by an external capacitor
- Overcurrent and over-temperature protection
- Output discharge circuitry
- Sleep mode current (IDDOFF) in low µA range

- Filter parts search bar in header: Type to filter table results by part number
- Hide column button in column headers: Select to hide columns in table
- AND / OR toggle switches in header: Toggles the logic of this particular filter to be “AND” or “OR” logic for filtering results
- Multiselect checkboxes at beginning of each row in table: Select these checkboxes to compare products against each other
