Description
The CR02AM-8 400V, 0.2A thyristor for low power use offers a 0.8V gate trigger voltage, 0.1mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C, and can be used for solid state relay, leakage protector, timer, electric blanket, strobe flasher, and other general-purpose applications.
