H8SX/1658R group and H8SX/1658M group are a 32-bit CISC microcomputerwith a maximum operating frequency of 50 MHz. It is upward pin-to-pincompatible with H8SX/1653 group and supports ROM size from 384K to 1MB. Theon-chip peripheral functions have been enhanced with 2 units of TPU, PPG andADC. And On-chip EXDMAC allows for parallel data transfer on the internal busand external bus. The H8SX/1658M Group newly added to H8SX/1658R Group thistime boasts the addition of LVD/POR functions.
