概要
説明
ISL28134 は2.25V ～ 6.0V および±1.125V ～ ±3.0V のシングルおよびデュアル電源動作に最適化された、チョッパ安定化ゼロ・ドリフト・オペアンプです。自動補正回路を使用して、非常に低い入力オフセット電圧、ドリフト、0.1Hz以下の1/fノイズコーナーの低減を実現しています。ISL28134は、超低オフセット電圧、オフセット温度ドリフト、広利得帯域幅、レール・ツー・レール入出力スイングを実現しながら、消費電力を最小に抑えており、圧力、温度、医療用、ひずみゲージ、慣性センサなどのアナログフロントエンドのセンサ信号をµVレベルまで増幅するのに適しています。-40℃～+85℃の産業用温度範囲と-40℃～+125℃の全産業用温度範囲で高い安定性を持つ標準的なアンプで使用できます。業界標準のピンアウトSOICとSOT-23パッケージで提供されます。
