概要
説明
ISL28130、ISL28230、ISL28430は1.8V～5.5Vおよび±0.9V～±2.75Vのシングルおよびデュアル電源動作に最適化された、シングル/デュアル/クアッドのマイクロパワー、低オフセットドリフトオペアンプです。20μAの低電源電流とレールトゥレール入出力により、さまざまなアプリケーションに対応する優れた汎用オペアンプとして使用できます。ISL28130、ISL28230、ISL28430は単3型リチウムイオン電池1～2本で動作するハンドヘルド機器に最適です。ISL28130は業界標準のピンアウトで5Ld SOT-23、5Ld SC70、8Ld SOICパッケージが用意されています。ISL28230は業界標準のピンアウトで8 Ld MSOP、8 Ld SOIC、8 Ld DFNパッケージで提供されます。ISL28430は14 Ld TSSOPと14 Ld SOICのパッケージです。商用デバイスは0℃～70℃の温度範囲で動作し、全温度範囲は-40℃～125℃です。
