For microcomputers that generally have restrictions on the order in which multiple voltages are turned on, complex circuit design is needed for controlling the order of rise and fall between power supplies. The RNA50C27 for SH microcontrollers simplifies this. In addition, a reset IC containing two circuits, the RNA52A10, can use an external resistor to set detection voltage, something that could not be done with previous CMOS products. This device can also combine with another IC to perform sequence control of three power supplies.
