The combination of R-Car (H3/M3/M3N) system in package (SiP) and Clock Generators delivers high efficiency while supporting a wide range of display outputs and high-quality performance, making it ideal for scalable cockpit and infotainment solutions.
Features
- Includes peripheral circuits and expansion support, enabling quick hardware/software development and R-Car SiP evaluation to accelerate development and time-to-market.
- Integrated R-Car SiP (H3/M3/M3N) with LPDDR4-3200 and HyperFlash memory for simplified design and quicker deployment.
- Programmable clock generator (5P49V6901A) offers versatile frequency generation (1MHz–350MHz) to replace multiple crystal oscillators.
- Clock generator (9FGV0841) supports 8-output Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe) Gen1-4 clocks, reducing the need for multiple oscillators.
- Scalable read-only memory (ROM) configurations ensure compatibility across multiple platforms.
