Overview

Description

RAJ240047 is Renesas battery management IC which incorporates a variety of battery fuel gauge features. Embedded Renesas RL78 CPU core has multiple low power modes and achieve high performance in ultra-low power operation. This product consists of MCU device and AFE device in a single package. Fuel gauge control firmware is stored in embedded flash memory and controls embedded analog and digital circuits to execute battery voltage / current / temperature measurement, remaining capacity estimation, over current / voltage / temperature protection and other battery management operations.
