概要
Description
SLG47105はミックスドシグナルロジックと高耐圧Hブリッジ機能を2×3mmの小型QFNパッケージで実現。 OTP（One Time Programmable）不揮発性メモリ（NVM）は、内部ロジック、I/Oピン、マクロセルの相互接続の形で、ユーザ定義を保存します。デュアルHブリッジ／クアッドハーフブリッジ機能を内蔵し、最大13.2Vの電圧で出力あたり最大2Aまで異なる負荷を駆動することが可能です。 高度なPWMマクロセルは、異なる PWM 周波数とデューティ・サイクルで複数のモータを駆動可能です。また、アイドル時の消費電流が少なく、コンパクトなサイズであることから、応用範囲が広がります。 このデバイスは、小型で熱効率の良いICの中で、高電圧機能とともに様々なミックスドシグナルを設計できる、非常に汎用性の高いデバイスです。
