Besides RH850/P1H-C, the RH850/P1M-C Series is the mid-end version of the RH850/P1x Series of 32-bit automotive microcontrollers (MCUs), which combines on a single-chip functional safety technology, security technology, and vehicle control network technology, which are the keys to realizing safe vehicle control.
It features 32-bit RH850G3M lockstep dual core CPUs, security technology, Code Flash, Data Flash, RAM modules, DMA controllers, many communication interfaces that are used in the automotive applications, A/D converters, timer units, etc. It is oriented to the automotive applications which comply with functional safety standard (ISO26262).
