Renesas' optoelectronics portfolio includes solid state relays containing gallium arsenide (GaAs) LEDs on the light emitting side (input side) and MOSFETs on the output side. A wide range of high isolation voltage, low CxR, low on-state resistance, and standard normally open solid state relays are included in this product lineup. These relays can be used in exchange equipment, measurement equipment and factory and office automation equipment.
