Overview

The RJU65F28DWA is a high-performance fast recovery diode with a forward current of 150A, forward voltage of 1.7V to 2.2V, reverse current of 2µA, a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 650V, and a 100ns recovery time.

  • Low forward voltage (VF) = 1.7V typ. (at IF = 150A, Tc = 25 °C)
  • Fast recovery (soft recovery)
  • Reverse recovery time (trr) = 100ns typ. (at IF = 100A, di/dt = 100A/µs, Tc = 25 °C)
