The BCR6CM-12RA 600V, 6A Triac for medium power use offers a 1.5V gate trigger voltage, 30mA gate trigger current, an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C, and can be used for electric rice cooker, electric pot, and other resistive load applications.
