RAA211803は、7V～80Vの広い入力電圧範囲と、3.3V固定出力で最大300mAの出力電流を持つ、小型で使いやすい超低静止電流（IQ）降圧レギュレータです。
TSOT23-5パッケージで提供されるこのデバイスは、VIN低電圧ロックアウト（UVLO）、VOUT過電圧保護（OVP）、過電流保護、過熱保護などの包括的な保護機能を備えています。
