Description
RA9530は高集積の1チップワイヤレス給電トランスミッタ／レシーバIC（TRx）です。 このデバイスは磁気誘導によって交流電力信号を受信または送信するように構成することができまます。
RA9530は高効率の同期フルブリッジ整流器と制御回路を統合し、トランスミッタ（Tx）にメッセージパケットを送るために負荷を変調し、電力供給を最適化します。 ワイヤレス電力伝送は内蔵の32ビットARM® Cortex®-M0プロセッサによって管理され、極めて低い待機電力で高いレベルのプログラマビリティを提供します。 また、プロセッサはGPIOを制御して、動作モードや故障モードを示すことができます。
RA9530はEEPROMまたは不揮発性メモリを備えており、お客様はデフォルトのFODしきい値などの設計パラメータをカスタマイズし、無線（OTA）制御ファームウェアの更新を実施することが可能です。 このデバイスは超小型の48-DSBGAパッケージで提供されます。
