RZ/G3S 微处理器包括 Cortex-A55® (1.1 GHz) CPU、16 位 LPDDR4 或 DDR4 接口和低功耗模式。 此外，这款微处理器还配备大量接口（如 PCIe、CAN-FD 和 12 位 ADC 等），因此特别适用于物联网边缘应用等应用场合。
