该 USB-PD 充电器系统可将 100W 的车载电源输送到 USB-C® 充电器。 RAA489000 是一款数字可配置的降压-升压电池充电器,带有 USB-C 端口控制器(TCPC)。 TCPC 控制器集成了 TCPC PHY、CC 逻辑和 VCONN 开关。 RAA489000 支持反向降压、升压或降压-升压操作。 USB-C 端口管理器(TCPM)功能在 MCU 中通过 I2C 实现。 通过 LIN 接口,充电器可与汽车中的其他模块进行通信。
