瑞萨电子提供基于智能化电源器件(IPD) 技术的高效配电网解决方案。 IPD 的智能保护和诊断功能提高了机械继电器的安全水平。 IPD 体积小、重量轻,通过优化线束和实现功能安全来构建先进汽车配电网络的关键因素。 电池电源分为多个并联电源,为网络提供受保护的分布式电源。 这形成了创建任何类型分层体系结构的基础,使得进一步嵌套能够通过冗余实现所需的安全级别。

系统优势:

  • 用高工作电流 IPD 替换继电器和保险丝,具有在过温和过电流情况下关闭电路的保护功能。
  • 配合使用小封装和低功耗的 RL78 MCU 系列,优化 BOM,实现小型化。
  • MCU 通过可编程控制电流检测端子监测 IPD 的负载电流,一旦检测到过电流,将按适当的顺序关闭 MCU。
  • 通过 IPD 的级联开关实现软启动,可以控制每个峰值电流的时序。
  • 通过支持冗余网络的并行电源线实现功能安全。
