Former LSI Executive Brings Track Record of Strong Leadership

TOKYO, Aug. 1, 2014 – Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT®) (NASDAQ: IDTI) today announced it has named Kousuke Hazama as senior manager and country manager for Japan, effective immediately. In his role, Hazama will be responsible for overseeing IDT operations throughout this key market for the semiconductor company.
Hazama previously served as the representative director and Japan country manager for LSI Japan. In that role he was responsible for managing sales, applications engineering, marketing LSI’s products to customers, and the company’s overall operations in Japan. Before that, he was the director of sales and FAE at LSI Japan. Hazama joined LSI in 1986 as a design engineer, after spending a year at Intel, where he held various managerial positions.  He graduated from Nihon Kogakuin College in 1985 with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
“Given the importance of the Japanese market, I wanted to make sure we brought on a seasoned professional with a proven track record of excellence in leadership,” said Mario Montana, vice president and chief sales officer at IDT. “We were fortunate to find someone with the experience and skill set that Kousuke brings with him.”
