The µPD720102 host controller is the optimal solution for adding a USB interface to your devices. The controller offers hardware-based speed enhancement while maintaining compatibility with existing software drivers. The controller is also power-efficient, with or without a USB device attached. With a 1.5V regulator for the core logic, USB terminating resistors, and other resistors provided on-chip, µPD720102 uses less external components, thereby contributing to the development of environment-friendly devices.
